A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a spot for teacher training consisting of $250 for 200-hr. And $495 for 300-hr. Full payment of the remaining tuition balance is due within 30 days of the beginning of the session. Monthly payment installments can be scheduled where payments are automatically charged through PayPal on the first of each month. If payments cease prior to the completion of the training and are not caught up prior to the end of the session, the student will not receive their certification. Declined payments and returned checks are subject to a $50 charge.
If for whatever reason you choose not to complete teacher training, a refund of the amount already paid less the non-refundable deposit will be given. A request for a refund must be made in writing within the first 14 days of the training session. Refund requests that take place after the 14 day grace period will not be honored.
Partial refunds only may be honored for retreats on a case-by-case basis and is left up to the discretion of Axis Yoga Training.
Transfers & Suspensions
If a student desires to transfer their enrollment tuition to another student they must first give written notice prior to the start of the session. The new student must fill out an application and if accepted, the transfer can take place. An enrolled student can choose to suspend their enrollment to the next training session if needed due to schedule conflicts, illness, etc.
Absences & Make-Ups
Students are expected to make scheduled classes a priority and maintain a high if not perfect attendance. If a class must be missed it is the student’s responsibility to inform Axis in advance and determine when make-up classes will be offered.
